About Us

We are here to help individuals and teams from middle school through the professional leagues develop into the most well-rounded athletes possible with their specific strength, conditioning, mobility, and sports performance goals in mind. We offer small group, team, and individual in-person sessions.

All of our training protocols are created to meet the individual needs of our athletes and their performance goals. After a comprehensive initial assessment, we will design and implement a personal strength and conditioning program to address weakness and meet each athlete’s goals.

We train athletes at all levels in a number of different sports including:

Baseball, Softball, Football, Golf, Basketball, Track and Field, Volleyball, MMA Fighting and more!

I have been training with Joe at Servais Sports Performance every offseason since I was drafted in 2009. With Joe’s unparalleled knowledge of sports training, he has been able to develop a comprehensive program that has allowed me to improve my ability as a baseball player, as well as stay healthy throughout the competitive season. He takes pride in each athlete he trains and wants to see them all succeed and improve to take their game to the next level.

Training & Coaching Services

Semi-Private Training

Coach Servais utilizes small group training to prepare his athletes for on-field competition. Within the small group setting, each client receives a program designed to fit the specific needs of the individual athlete and will include specific mobility, movement, and strength exercises. Though Coach Servais doesn’t believe certain movements and lifts are “sport specific”, he does believe that certain movements and exercises work better for some individuals than others. Taking into account the needs of each athlete allows Servais Sports Performance to deliver results to athletes in a safe, but effective, manner. Semi-Private training is available at the youth, high school, collegiate, and professional level.

Remote Coaching

Our online coaching package allows us to offer a customized training program based on your individual goals, with the flexibility to check-in with your coach remotely. After an initial assessment either in person, over the phone, or via Skype, we will write an athlete-specific training plan using the time, space, and equipment you have available. Going forward, you will have a weekly check in with your coach to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments. We have experience developing individualized programs for athletes in any sport - from baseball, softball, and basketball, to MMA fighting and competitive running. This economical package has a single cost for the initial program and then a small monthly fee going forward, with the option to cancel at any time.

Our Clients

I have been fortunate enough to work with Joe the past 5 years. I came in each year, new goals in mind, and he has not only helped me reach those goals, but I have exceeded them. With his extensive knowledge of sports and weights training he has been incredible at writing workouts to meet my personal needs. The environment he creates is very motivating and upbeat, which makes it an overall great place to be each day. One of my favorite things about Joe is his willingness to continue learning how to make his clients better. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking to go beyond their fitness goals.
