Spring 2024 Training Schedule
*Each athlete is REQUIRED to sign up for every session they plan to attend each week so that we may keep groups small (8 or less) and allow for adequate staffing.

Youth Athletes (Approximately 60 Minutes):
Monday-Thursday 6:00pm
Sunday:12:30pm
High School and College Athletes (Approximately 75 Minutes):
Monday-Thursday: 4:30, 5:15, 6:00, 6:45pm
Friday:4:30pm
Sunday: 12:00, 12:30pm
