Welcome to the SSP Family!!!

 SSP Membership:

-Athletes that train at SSP sign-up for a training membership with a corresponding number of training sessions per week.

-Memberships are not priced per session, but on a monthly basis.

-Memberships are month to month and can be cancelled by notifying SSP, in writing,14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

-Monthly training won’t be pro-rated.  In the case that a large amount of training is missed (severe illness or injury) proration can be discussed.  Please communicate with Joe as soon as an issue arises.

 Sessions:

-Sessions last approximately 1 hour.

-At the beginning of an athletes training, the duration may be slightly longer due to the amount of explanation/demonstration needed.

 Scheduling:

-Athletes are welcome to sign-up for any training session time and day of the week that works for their schedule.  These times can be different from week to week to best fit your schedule.

-All training sign-ups are done through KILO (our gym management software)

-If a session is missed for any given week, the athlete can make up that session during the next week of training.  For example, if an athlete has signed up for a 2x/week membership, but they can only train 1x in any given week, they are allowed to train 3x the next week to recoup that lost session.

 Pricing Structure (billed monthly):

-2x/Week=$230

3x/Week=$280

4x/Week=$315

 Billing Structure:

-Invoices are sent out electronically via KILO on the 1st of each month. 

-Invoices are expected to be paid by the 3rd of the month and will cover that months training cost.

-A CC will be kept on file to avoid delinquent payments, however if you would like to use a different form of payment, please let SSP know.
